The company has successively completed a number of technical research tasks such as product development, production and construction, and has undertaken a number of major pilot projects at the level of PetroChina and oilfield company.

Overall supporting technical services from product development to mine application

The technology development center has the functions of product research and development, performance evaluation, product analysis and testing, mechanism research, production process monitoring, geological reservoir analysis, scheme design, on-site technical support and service, effect analysis and evaluation, etc., and can carry out the overall supporting technical services from the research and development of self-produced products to the application in the mine. Since its establishment, the company has successively employed a large number of technical backbones and experts in petroleum, geology, chemical industry, etc., forming a superior technical force combining old, middle and young. The technical team takes the series of oil production additives such as profile control and flooding, oil displacement, fracturing and acidizing additives, water treatment agents, gas production additives, chemical products for oil and gas gathering and transportation, and supporting production and services as the main work direction. It has successively completed a number of technical research tasks such as product development, production and construction, and has undertaken a number of major test projects at the level of PetroChina and oil field company, these include nine major joint-stock company-level pilot projects and two oilfield company-level pilot projects. In terms of technological breakthroughs in products, we have overcome the requirements of extremely harsh oil reservoir conditions of ultra-high temperature, high salt and ultra-low temperature at home and abroad, and there are 31 available intellectual property patents for independent and cooperative research and development.

Establish a perfect R & D evaluation and detection system

▲ The research and development team and project leaders are all led by professors, professor-level senior engineers and doctors in professional fields. There are six modules: product research and development, reservoir engineering, process design, mechanism research, physical model experiment, analysis and evaluation. While paying attention to the building of internal technical strength, the company actively introduces foreign brains and pays attention to close cooperation with professional colleges and scientific research institutions. China has established long-term cooperative relations with Jilin University, Wuhan University and Institute of physical and Chemical Technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The company invests a large amount of funds every year for the research and development of new products and the purchase of corresponding product performance evaluation and testing instruments and equipment. After years of accumulation and continuous investment, A sound R & D evaluation and testing system has been established.
