As a major national oil and gas project "13th Five-Year Plan" demonstration project, "Daqing Changyuan ultra-high water cut oilfield enhanced oil recovery demonstration project" has realized the replacement development of the main development technology of Daqing oilfield; "Songliao Basin tight oil development demonstration project" has realized the scale benefit development of discontinuous thin layer tight oil, Through the promotion, the goal of cumulative construction of tight oil and cumulative oil production of more than one million tons is realized. Two sets of clastic rocks of Shaximiao and Xujiahe Formation were intensively cultivated. Well Ying 23H received 165600 cubic meters of industrial airflow. Natural gas exploration in Sichuan-Chongqing circulation block continued to spread out, laying a solid foundation for the next step of submitting reserve targets and realizing increased storage and production.

Oil and gas to achieve "double over-production". Daqing Oilfield has actively promoted 33 key arrangements for the development of oil and gas fields. It has made every effort to ensure the crude oil production by "three 100,000-ton replenishment projects" for water flooding, tertiary oil recovery and production management. It has also made great efforts to ensure the rapid production of natural gas. In the first quarter, we adhered to the large-scale production operation mechanism with oil and gas reservoirs as the core, strengthened organizational support and bottleneck research, unconventionally restored 448 water-flooding zones that have been shut down and stopped injection for more than 10 years, implemented comprehensive treatment of 4596 wells in Class II B and inefficient blocks for tertiary oil recovery, and maintained a positive and proactive development situation for two-flooding. Special treatment of overstocked wells was carried out and 540 minor repair teams were started, an increase of 115, a record; speed up the pace of measures to produce, fracturing, overhaul, fill holes equivalent to the implementation of 1227 more, increase natural gas terms and export management, more than 0.072 billion cubic meters of sales, to help achieve double excess oil and gas production.

Market development good news. In the international market, it signed a series of engineering and technical service contracts such as Iraq's Rumaila 23 batch of general drilling contractors and Saudi Arabia's 4 drilling rigs, won the contract for Indonesia's national oil submersible pump lease and Iraq's Halfaya oil field submersible pump service, signed engineering construction service projects such as Iraq's Maginu oil field water intake station renovation, and officially entered the Niger market relying on block A information technology and management expert services. In the domestic market, Guangdong Petrochemical Refining and Chemical Series Projects such as the construction of 5.2 million cubic meters of crude oil commercial storage in Jieyang were newly signed, and the North China Oilfield Cooperative Development and Overhaul Project was signed. The bid for the Mizhi New District-Yushu Gas Pipeline Project in Changqing Oilfield was won, and the Jidong Oilfield Technical Service Contract and Pumping Unit Sales Contract were obtained. Revenue from the external market increased by 2.47 year-on-year, revenue from the main business in the domestic market increased by 38.11 year-on-year, and total profits in the overseas market increased by 50.97 year-on-year, achieving multiple breakthroughs in the international and domestic markets and "blooming" in an all-round way ".

Green ecological construction to a new level. Daqing Oilfield has implemented the concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains" and actively explored the development path of green, low-carbon and environmental protection. At the beginning of this year, after 9 months of upgrading, reconstruction and expansion projects, the effluent quality of the three sewage treatment plants of the water company all reached the first-level A standard of the ''Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard'', marking the ability of Daqing Oilfield to treat sewage and improve water quality.
